1. Membership and Access

1.1 Membership to our co-working space and library is subject to approval and requires adherence to all stated terms and conditions. 1.2 Members must present a valid membership card or digital pass for entry. 1.3 Access hours may vary by membership type and are subject to change.

2. Booking Policy

2.1 Workspace and library resources can be booked through our online platform. 2.2 Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. 2.3 Members can cancel or modify bookings up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. 2.4 Late cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties or temporary suspension of booking privileges.

3. Usage Guidelines

3.1 Members are expected to maintain a clean, quiet, and professional environment. 3.2 Shared spaces must be left in the same condition as found. 3.3 Personal belongings must not obstruct common areas. 3.4 Food and drinks are permitted in designated areas only. 3.5 Loud conversations or disruptive behavior are not allowed in quiet zones.

4. Equipment and Resource Use

4.1 All equipment and resources are to be used with care. 4.2 Members are financially responsible for any damage caused by negligence. 4.3 Printing, scanning, and other resources may incur additional charges. 4.4 Personal electronic devices must be used with headphones in shared spaces.

5. Membership Fees and Payments

5.1 Membership fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. 5.2 Late payments may result in temporary suspension of membership benefits. 5.3 Refunds are provided on a pro-rated basis for membership cancellations. 5.4 Pricing and membership tiers are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Personal information is collected and stored in compliance with data protection regulations. 6.2 Members' data is used solely for membership management and communication. 6.3 CCTV may be used for security purposes. 6.4 Members have the right to request data access or deletion. 6.5 We comply with all applicable data privacy laws, including GDPR and local data protection regulations.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited. 7.2 Respect for fellow members, staff, and shared resources is mandatory. 7.3 Violation of these terms may result in membership termination without refund.

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Members are responsible for their personal belongings. 8.2 The co-working space is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. 8.3 Members are advised to have personal insurance coverage. 8.4 The facility is not responsible for any injuries sustained on the premises. 8.5 Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by the member in the past 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Intellectual property created within the space remains the property of its creator. 9.2 Commercial use of the space for competing businesses is prohibited. 9.3 Confidentiality of other members must be respected.

10. Termination of Membership

10.1 Membership can be terminated by management for violation of terms. 10.2 Members can voluntarily cancel their membership with written notice. 10.3 Immediate termination may occur for serious misconduct or safety violations.

11. Legal Compliance

11.1 Members must comply with all local, state, and federal laws while using the facility. 11.2 Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate membership termination. 11.3 The facility reserves the right to involve law enforcement if illegal activities are suspected.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Any disputes arising from membership or use of facilities shall be resolved through arbitration. 12.2 Arbitration will be conducted in the jurisdiction where the facility is located. 12.3 Legal proceedings, if any, shall be conducted in the designated local court system.

13. Force Majeure

13.1 The facility is not liable for service interruptions due to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other uncontrollable events. 13.2 In such events, membership may be paused or prorated without full refund.

14. Modifications to Terms

14.1 Management reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. 14.2 Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our official website. 14.3 Continued use of the facility after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

15. Indemnification

15.1 Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the facility, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the space. 15.2 This includes legal fees and costs associated with defending against such claims.
